Local Tax
For persons aged 14 and over, a local tax of €2.40 per person per day is charged. This fee is not included in the total price of your stay and will be settled locally.
Final Cleaning
The final cleaning is included in the price.
Deposit
After your booking, we ask you to transfer the deposit (booking security) of €100.00 per apartment/room and holiday week within 7 days to our account. Your reservation is only binding after receipt of the deposit and our written confirmation.
Cancellation Conditions
In case of cancellation within 30 days before the start of the holiday, the deposit will be retained by us.
Payment Options
We accept your payment in cash (max. €4,999.99) or as advance payment by bank transfer .
Check-in / Check-out
On the day of arrival your apartment will be available from 16:00. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 09:00 at the latest. In case of late arrival or early departure, the booked holiday period will be charged in full.
Pets
We ask you for prior arrangement. For the accommodation of your four-legged darling, we charge €3.00 per day.
Unconsumed Meals
No discount will be granted for unconsumed meals.

For relaxed hours in the evening or on rainy days, our small house library is available. Here you will find a selection of books and games for both young and old.
The final cleaning, bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, table linen as well as electricity and heating costs are included in the price of the accommodation.
